In my six years with Genhouse, the company has changed a lot, and I also switched my role from Technical Support to Translational Medicine and then to the R&D Manager. I am very grateful that Genhouse has provided me a great platform to learn various skills in drug development and project management, which made me grow in constitutive challenges and practice. Now I am excited to develop myself to become an expert in translational medicine.
I have been working in Genhouse for two years. Under the inclusive, supportive and cooperative culture of Genhouse, I have obtained many precious opportunities to learn and grow.
